Delivery Times and Charges:
At present we use Royal Mail First Class 'Recorded Signed For' delivery for most of our orders. We aim to have your goods delivered to you within 3 to 5 working days. If your order is particularly urgent, please contact us to let us know.

Our delivery charges are as follows:
UK Standard (3 - 5 working days): £5.95
UK 48 Hour (48 hours): £10.00
Europe (10 - 12 working days): £15.00*
USA (Approx 14 Days): £25.00*
Rest of World (Please contact us for a delivery quote)

*For delivery to Europe & USA - please take extra care that you select the correct clothing sizes. In the event that you decide to return an item of clothing to us, and you require and exchange, we will have to charge you again for delivery to cover our costs.

Please note that we also have a minimum order value of £10 - £15 per order. (Europe and USA, the minimum order value is £15 per order).

Please note that all delivery times are subject to stock availability. If we anticipate any delays with your order we will contact you to let you know. We will also only charge you postage once per order, no matter how many parcels we send to you.

Tell us when your holiday begins:
It is very important that you let us know when you are actually departing the UK, or your home country - especially if it is within the next week or two. We will then be able to: 1) Assess whether or not we will be able to fulfill your order in time; 2) Prioritise your order so that it gets to you as soon as possible; OR 3) Let you know straight away if we are unable to fulfill your order. When you check out you will see a box at the bottom of the page which asks for this information.
